The NotaryOps website and application, including its software, design, layout, text, graphics, logos, icons and images, and the selection and arrangement of them (together, the "Materials"), are owned by Blue Blip Tech LLC or its licensors. They are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other laws.

Your use of NotaryOps is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Your content

This statement covers our Materials, not yours. Journal entries and other information that notaries and organizations record in NotaryOps belong to them, as described in the Terms of Service.

Personal use

You may view the public pages of this website, and print or save a copy of individual pages, for your own personal, noncommercial reference, provided that you:

keep every copyright and other notice exactly as it appears;
don't change the Materials or present them out of context; and
don't use them in a way that suggests Blue Blip Tech LLC endorses you, your business or any product or service.

Commercial use

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license or create works based on the Materials for any commercial purpose;
copy or imitate the software, design, layout, screens or "look and feel" of NotaryOps;
reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise try to obtain the source code of the application, except where the law expressly allows it;
use automated tools to scrape, crawl or harvest content from the website or application, other than search engines indexing public pages; or
frame or mirror any part of the website on another site.

Trademarks

NotaryOps™, the NotaryOps logo and related names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Blue Blip Tech LLC. You may not use them, or anything confusingly similar, without our prior written permission, except to refer to NotaryOps accurately, for example in a review or a news article. Other names and marks mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners.

Requesting permission

To ask for permission to use any Materials or trademarks, email hello@notaryops.app with:

your name, organization and contact details;
the specific Materials or marks you want to use;
how and where they will be used (for example print, website, training or presentation), and for how long;
the intended audience and approximate number of copies or viewers; and
whether the use is commercial or noncommercial.

Permission is granted only in writing and only for the use described. Please allow reasonable time for a reply.

Copyright infringement

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that material available through NotaryOps infringes your copyright, send a written notice to hello@notaryops.app that includes:

your physical or electronic signature;
a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
a description of where the material is located, with enough detail for us to find it;
your name, address, telephone number and email address;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We will review notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the material and, where appropriate, close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Governing law

This statement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Henry County, Georgia, as set out in the Terms of Service. Although the website can be reached from anywhere, we make no claim that it is appropriate for use outside the United States.
