Questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets a 3-day free trial with no credit card required to sign up. Organizations can add 1 notary during the trial.
Who counts as an active notary?
Notaries you've added who can sign in. The organization's admin isn't counted, and deactivated or removed notaries and pending invitations aren't billed.
Can I change plans?
Start as an individual and upgrade to an organization from Settings when you add a team. Extra notaries are added to the same monthly subscription, prorated.
What if I cancel?
Cancel any time in Settings. Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, and your journal stays available to view and download.
Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly through Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added.
