Journal entries
Guided entry form
Document type, number of pages, notarial act (acknowledgment, jurat, oath or affirmation, copy certification, signature witnessing), fee paid in USD, date, time and location.
Multiple signers
Up to 10 signers per notarization, each with name, address, state, phone and identification.
Signatures
Signers sign on the screen with a finger or stylus, or you photograph a signature on paper.
No backdating
Notarization dates can't be in the past, and the date and time come from your own device.
Corrections, never edits
Entries can't be changed or deleted. Corrections are added with their own date and the name of the notary who made them.

Photograph the signer's ID with your phone's camera. Location data is removed from every photo.

Two-step sign-in
Every sign-in needs a one-time code (8 digits) sent to your email, plus CAPTCHA and lockout after repeated failed attempts.
Tamper-evident audit trail
Sign-ins, entries, exports and account changes are logged in a chained audit log that shows if a record was altered or removed.
Retention
Journals are kept for 10 years from the notarization date, including those of notaries who have left.
